Children remain with parents throughout service and participate or quietly play as parents see fit. Upon arrival on Sundays, ask an usher for a children's kit that includes books, crayons, paper, etc., and can be taken into the service, if desired.
Our nursery is equipped with a video/audio feed of the service and parents are free to take children to and from it as needed throughout service.
For nursing mothers who prefer privacy, but desire to remain in the service, we welcome you to use the choir loft or any other location you find comfortable.
Order of Service
We follow a traditional order for divine service that always include times of:
  • Confession & Absolution
  • Readings from The Holy Bible, God's True Word
  • Worshipful Singing
  • Prayer
  • Teaching
  • Holy Communion
Special Needs
Hearing Assistance:
We provide hearing assistance devices that can be used during service. Upon arrival please ask an usher if you would like to use one.
Elevator and Wheelchair Access:
All main areas of our building can be reached via elevator.
Service of Holy Communion:
If you do not feel able to approach the alter to receive Holy Communion Pastor Sidwell will gladly serve you at your seat. Upon arrival please let an usher know of your request.
Sunday School
During the school year children's sunday school begins immediately following the morning service for grades K-12. Ushers are happy to assist you in determining where your child's class meets.
After a time of light refreshments and fellowship, following the morning service, Pastor Sidwell will often invite adults to join him for sunday school in the sanctuary.
